The objectives of our society are to provide training, advice and guidance to help referees achieve a standard of refereeing to which they aspire.
We achieve these objectives by holding regular monthly meetings at Tonge Moor Conservative Club and training classes various local locations.
Training classes on 'The Laws of the Game' are organised by a qualified Football Association instructor .
Our monthly meetings normally include seminars or guest speakers from the varied world of football, and provide an opportunity to discuss refereeing issues with colleagues in a social environment. We have a wealth of experience in our midst, both current top referees and the older 'retired' referees who are always happy to help the younger and upcoming element.
We also have a social section which organises various functions and activities throughout the year for members, their families and friends
