The Mayor of Bolton is always elected as a Vice President of Bolton Referee's Society. This year the Mayor is Frank White who was a member of the society several years ago. He invited the society to go along to the Mayor's Parlour which we did on November 29th 2005. Frank gave us a brief history of Bolton and also gave us a tour of various parlours and the council chamber. The above picture shows those who attended.
